At Getzze, we believe reviews should help customers make informed purchasing decisions. We are committed to ensuring that the ratings displayed on our website accurately reflect genuine product feedback.
How our ratings are calculated
Our product ratings may include:
- Ratings and reviews provided by the official product brand or manufacturer for the same product model.
- Ratings and reviews supplied by trusted distributors or suppliers that we work with for the same product model.
- Ratings submitted by verified Getzze customers after purchasing the product.
Where ratings or reviews originate from official brands or trusted suppliers, they relate to the same product model and are displayed to help customers better understand the product.
Current review system
At this time, Getzze accepts star ratings only from verified Getzze customers. Written customer reviews and comments are not yet available.
Where displayed, written reviews may originate from the official brand or from trusted suppliers for the same product model.
We are working on adding a full review system that will allow verified customers to share written feedback and product experiences directly on Getzze in the future.
Authenticity
We do not create, modify, or publish fake ratings or reviews.
Customer ratings are accepted only after a completed purchase and are subject to review before publication. We reserve the right to remove ratings or reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, misleading, spam, or otherwise violate our policies.
Transparency
The average rating displayed on each product is calculated from all eligible ratings associated with that product. Depending on the product, this may include ratings from official brands, trusted suppliers, and verified Getzze customers. As additional verified customer ratings are submitted, the displayed average rating and total number of ratings may change over time.
