Delivery time depends on your location and is usually 2 to 7 days. Holidays and high-demand seasons may affect delivery times. After checkout, you receive order updates with the latest delivery information.

The bikes arrive in a box and only require a few easy assembly steps. Instructions are included in the package.

Each bike comes with a detailed instruction manual to guide you through the assembly process. If you prefer assistance, you can ask a friend to help. Otherwise, we recommend contacting a local bike shop to assemble it for you, which is a saving option compared to full-service assembly offered by other e-bike stores.

Yes, the battery is included, along with the charger and everything you need to ride.

All products can be returned within 14 days of the date you receive your order. To start a return, please contact our customer support or click the "Withdrawal" button at the bottom of our website. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by law or the item is defective or incorrect.

We do not have a physical store, which helps us keep prices low. The bikes we sell are stored in warehouses around Europe, with a small portion located outside Europe.
