Return Information for Large, Battery-Powered E-Bikes and Fatbikes
Electric bicycles, fatbikes, and other large or heavy products must be returned by courier and cannot be returned using regular postal services. Due to their size, weight, packaging dimensions, and battery-related transport requirements, return shipping costs can be significantly higher than standard parcel returns.
Return shipping costs
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming product.
For large and heavy products such as e-bikes and fatbikes, the return shipping cost depends on the product's packed weight and dimensions, the return destination, and the courier service required.
